Introducing ERMA, the 1st kit in my new series The Grandmother Heritage Collection. This series is inspired by my great love for heritage and more especially by my grandmothers. As the oldest child of an oldest child, I was fortunate to know 3 great-grandmothers as well as my two grandmothers very well.
Erma was my great-grandmother, and I was very close to her. She was a wonderful, beautiful grandma, and I remember loving all her stories she would tell. She was an avid genealogist back in the day when everything was done through letters and long waiting in between. She was amazing, and maybe I inherited my great love for family history from her. Her favorite color was blue. I remember her beautiful blue dress she'd wear to church. I've combined the pretty blues with heritage brown for a lovely vintage look that reminds me of her classy style.
